These Terms govern your use of AI. Athlete Intelligence (the "platform," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should review these Terms with you.

Eligibility & Accounts

If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must create and manage your account. If you are 13–17, you may create an account with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who should be aware of your use of the platform, including any decision to make your profile visible to recruiters. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Important: Not Medical Advice

AI. Athlete Intelligence provides AI-generated coaching feedback for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace a doctor, physical therapist, athletic trainer, or certified coach. Movement analysis and training recommendations are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before starting a new training program, and stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or injury during any activity. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or were told on this platform.

Recruiting & Outcomes

Turning on recruiter visibility makes your profile discoverable to recruiters using the platform — it does not guarantee that any recruiter will view your profile, contact you, or offer you a roster spot, scholarship, or admission of any kind. We are not a recruiting agency and do not represent any college, university, or athletic program.

AI-Generated Content

Coaching feedback, drills, and conversational responses from your coaches are generated by AI (currently powered by Anthropic's Claude models). While we aim for helpful, accurate coaching, AI-generated content can be wrong, generic, or miss important context about your specific situation. Use your judgment, and treat AI feedback as a starting point, not a final word.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or athletic record
Use the platform to harass, harm, or collect information about other users
Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's normal operation
Upload content you don't have the right to share

Your Content

You retain ownership of the information and content you provide (your profile, bio, and any messages). By using the platform, you give us permission to process that content as needed to provide the service — including sending relevant parts of it to our AI provider to generate coaching responses, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@ai.athleteintelligence.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI. Athlete Intelligence is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on AI-generated coaching or movement analysis feedback. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
